The Hullachan Boys Reel Shoe has been redesigned to deliver the look of a traditional boys reel shoe with the performance of a shoe made specifically for Irish dancing. Key updates include a shorter toe profile, softer leather uppers for a closer fit, improved arch stitching, and the lightweight Concorde Lite PLUS heel for enhanced heel clicks.

The shoe also features dual-layer shock-absorbing insoles, a reinforced heel for added stability and durability, a black suede sole, and a sweat-wicking lining. For the best fit, measure your foot and use the sizing guide, adjusting your size based on your foot shape, experience level, and preferred fit.

Hullachan ProLite Sizing Guide

Measure your foot length and use the size guide to find the closest match. The guide is based on an intermediate fit—beginners may prefer to size up by half a size, while open dancers may prefer a tighter fit.

The measurements refer to recommended foot length, not the shoe length. Reel shoes should fit snugly with no extra room at the toe to achieve the correct point. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the larger size for wider feet, higher insteps, or a roomier fit, and the smaller size for narrower feet or a tighter fit. Please note that this guide is a recommendation and cannot guarantee the perfect fit.

Please Note - Every dancer prefers their shoes to fit in a certain way. Some like them extra tight, others with a little room. Combine this with the fact that everyone's feet are unique in terms of width, length, arch type and height and you can see why reel shoe fitting can be difficult. Hence we only offer this sizing chart as a guide rather than a guaranteed fit.
